With a focus on yoga, food, and mental health, Mad Balanced is a safe space to share tips and inspirations that are a part of my everyday life. Having been an avid practitioner since January 2016, yoga has been a transformational tool for me and I hope to inspire others to feel their best both on and off the mat.
These days, I strive to take a more holistic and balanced approach to my diet and lifestyle. I enjoy a vegan and mostly gluten-free diet, but always encourage others to experiment and become curious about what foods make you feel your best.
I am a huge proponent of living from an authentic place and feel passionate about empowering others to find the confidence to make healthy choices and speak their truths.
